This is flexible, remote work with a friendly team that values creativity, clarity, and collaboration. 1️⃣ Cutting Pauses & Trimming Speech What to Cut: Long, awkward silences. Repetitive filler words, or filler words but only when they don’t affect meaning. Dead air between questions and answers that disrupts the pacing. What to Keep: Natural conversational pauses that help with emphasis and comprehension. Dramatic pauses that build anticipation or add weight to a statement. Speaker’s breath patterns—cutting these too aggressively can make speech sound robotic. Avoid cutting words too closely together—speech should not feel overly compressed. 2️⃣ Maintaining Conversational Flow The final edit should feel smooth and dynamic but not rushed or unnatural. Always listen back to ensure the rhythm of speech flows well after edits and that no meaningful words were trimmed out!
