Position Introduction: As a member of the Business Development team, this role plays a key part in driving strategies to attract and retain partners. Main responsibilities include identifying potential customer segments, providing personalized support to each partner, researching market movements, and helping partners better understand the platform's mechanisms and products. Job Description: - Identify and establish relationships with potential new partners while also driving business growth with existing ones to maintain profitability and increase revenue. - Conduct market research and provide relevant feedback to management. - Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and support the company in developing effective marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales. - Ensure monthly and quarterly revenue targets are met. - Proactively provide ongoing support and assistance to partners. Job Requirements - A university degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is a plus. - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in financial industries (Forex, securities, crypto, banking). - Candidates without Forex experience must have a strong sales background and relevant skills. - Strong logical thinking, analytical ability, and flexible problem-solving skills. - Proactive, honest, result-oriented, quick learner with a high sense of responsibility. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Good command of English is an advantage.
