BA's Requirements 3–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce CRM projects. Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; exposure to Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Service Cloud is a plus. Ability to configure Salesforce (custom objects, page layouts, roles, profiles, automation, flows, reports/dashboards). Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination. Familiarity with integration projects (Heroku, CDP, external systems) is an advantage. Technical foundation with knowledge of Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), SOQL, AMPScript, SQL is preferred. Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud, AI Associate, or Platform App Builder are highly desirable. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). SF dev: Key Responsibilities Commerce Cloud Development: Develop, customize, and maintain SFCC storefronts using ISML templates, JavaScript Controllers, and SFRA. Build reusable cartridges and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices. Implement business logic for product catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout flow, and order management. Integration & Architecture: Integrate Commerce Cloud with external systems (ERP, OMS, Payment Gateways, CRM). Work with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, custom integrations) for seamless data flow. Participate in solution design, performance tuning, and scalability planning. CI/CD & Quality Assurance: Manage code deployments using Git, Jenkins, or Salesforce CI/CD pipelines. Write and maintain unit tests, ensure high code coverage, and support QA teams during SIT/UAT.
