Requirements Must Have 2+ years of software development experience (including at least 2 years in mobile app development). Good English (reading JDs, technical docs, basic communication). Experience building applications with at least one mobile framework (React Native or Flutter or iOS/Android). Ability to integrate APIs and work with external data sources. Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture and best practices (state management, performance optimization). Backend development experience with Node.js or Python. Hands-on experience integrating or building features with AI/LLM (OpenAI, Llama, etc.) in a real project. Experience building automation workflows (e.g., with n8n, Zapier, or custom automation tools). Experience developing or maintaining web scrapers (e.g., using Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium, or similar). Ability and willingness to mentor another developer. Self-driven, able to work part-time (20h /week) Nice to Have Full-stack development skills (backend + frontend/mobile). Knowledge of database design, security, and performance optimization. Portfolio / GitHub projects (especially involving AI/LLM or mobile apps). Experience in startups or agile environments. 3. Benefits Salary: 10–15 million VND / month (gross) for 20h/week.
