RESPONSIBILITIES: - Drive the growth of the affiliate channel by identifying, onboarding, and scaling high-quality publishers (affiliates, influencers, paid media partners). - Manage the full lifecycle of publishers, acting as the main point of contact while building strong relationships and driving sustainable revenue growth. - Optimise performance across campaigns and partners by scaling top performers and improving underperforming ones. - Monitor, analyse, and report on performance data; turn insights into clear, actionable steps to improve ROI and overall efficiency. - Support the development and execution of Affiliate & Paid Media strategies, contributing to budget planning and growth direction. - Ensure smooth and accurate execution of operational processes (insertion orders, reconciliation, financial workflows). - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Good communication skills, able to work well with partners and team members. - Strong problem-solving skills, able to handle issues quickly and effectively. - Good data analysis skills, able to read numbers and find useful insights. - Basic understanding of the market and competitors to spot opportunities. - Background in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related fields. - Good command of English.
