Students in year 3–4 are welcome to apply. Start Date: ASAP We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations across our brands. This role is ideal for someone who pays attention to detail, enjoys digital marketing, e-commerce workflows, and is eager to learn. You’ll receive clear instructions and guidance whenever needed. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Support - Assist with content planning and scheduling for social media - Conduct market and competitor research - Comfortable using AI tools for text and image generation - Prepare simple product descriptions or SEO updates E-commerce Operations Support - Handle emails from customers - Assist with updating product listings (Amazon/Shopify) - Fulfill orders and monitor order status General Support Support - Assist in researching new suppliers and vendors - Prepare simple reports, summaries, and checklists - Coordinate with freelancers or external partners when needed - Manage other administrative tasks Requirements: Proficiency in English is required. Internal communication is mainly in Vietnamese, while all brand and customer communication is in English. Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks Willing to learn and able to take initiative Experience in marketing or e-commerce is a plus (but not required) Basic knowledge of Shopify or Amazon is preferred
